Hi all.
thanks for all who have visited and left comments, much appreciated,
have not had a great week, so not a lot to show, just about got over head cold i had last weekend,
then managed to fall up the steps in the garden and bruised my knee. apart from that not to bad,
now trying to get all my xmas gifts etc ready to take to Dorset next weekend.

DH came home last night and will have to take it fairly easy for at least a month.

I Did manage to go to art group this afternoon, The above 3 paintings are taken from one bigger painting of Venice,

My DH is in hospital at the moment possible heart problems.
so am all at sixes and sevens at the moment,

Art exhibition

Our Art exhibition has come to an end,
I sold 1 unframed painting of Dartmoor. sorry no picture to show,
do not know how many we sold as a group all told. By Tuesday afternoon we had sold 14.
Saturdays Craft Fayre fairly quiet but i did manage to sell 1 framed painting , plus 2 embellisher scarfs and a phone case.
I have received some goodies in the post this week, will post pics later.

Its going to be a really busy weekend.
Saturday -- craft fayre- Phoenix hall - Bovey Tracey- 10--3.pm
Saturday is also the start of Bovey Traceys society of Artists weeks Art Exhibition at The Edgemoor Hotel Bovey Tracey.
Sunday i m stewarding in the afternoon then we have a friends sons Christening .
Think i will have to lie down in a darkened room then. LOL

Craft Fayre -goodies

These are a few of the things i have been making for our local craft fayre at the end of this month.
Recycled Earings, bead earings, Scrabble bookmark, Button brooch, Domino Bookmark, Bead Bookmark, and recycled chiffon scarfs embellished with wool rovings.

A Crafty Weekend

I spent all day saturday at The Creative stitches and hobbycraft show at Westpoint Exeter,
bought quite a few Goodies, Jewelery findings, Paverpol, Grungeboard, Wire, Heat it up a.nd Large window cards for my Photographs.
came home absolutely shattered and spent Sunday making up some of the Jewellery etc.
Saw some lovely quilts at the show and able to see Julie Mackinders work in the flesh

I am off to Dorset for a couple of days then onto Cardiff with my friends from Pedas (Poole and East Dorset Art Group)

Altered Key Jewellery

Some of my Altered Key Jewelery,

I found a lovely supply of keys in the charity shop this week, so there are more WIP.

ABAA's Challenge for this month is Keys, so thought these fitted the bill.

I have had a lovely day, Catching up on some sorting out this morning, then we went over the moors to princetown and a mooch round the art gallery, then onto Tavistock for a wander along the river, then a mooch round the pannier market and town, with an icecream to finish. and i didn't buy a thing!!!, saving myself for the creative stiches and hobbycraft Exeter next weekend.

i feel a spending spree coming on.

Charming Time

Hi all
Have been busy making charms and Jewellery from Puzzle pieces. Keys Domino's Scrabble tiles. CD's. safety pins etc.
Photo is of just a few things, have also made a few charm bracelets and made necklets with some of my charms. not photographed yet.
not done much else artwise .
