Good News & Fingers crossed

Hi Everyone, Hope you all had a great weekend,
We went off to Dorset to visit family, but mainly youngest daughter whose still in hospital, They now know what the problem is and hopefully new medication will sort things out, although she will probably be in for at least another 2 weeks, apart from losing a lot of weight she looked fairly well. so fingers crossed.
Rest of the family were all well, Oldest son is moving to Aylesbury in a few weeks, and gave us the good news that they are getting married next May.
I think Saturday then got to me , i was totally wiped out yesterday and could only sit, cry and read thru some art books.
have a good week all
cheers Jean

Oh Jean,
I know that feeling, when life hits you from all angles, this last month or so has been like that for me, sometimes the best thing to do is just to have a good cry, it's the best therapy in the world. You can feel drained sometimes afterwards but it does soften life's blows and frustrations. Hope you feel better now and that your week is a good one. Take Care Tricia

Sometimes it all seems to catch you at once, doesn't it? I hope you're feeling better now, and very glad they seemed to have sorted out your daughter's trouble.

Being a Mom never stops. When our chicks are sick it is devastating, then to learn that one is getting married .....It doesn't matter if you love who they are marrying, it just this day an age it is a big step. Till you have been there you don't know. So I say cry a little, read a little, felt some, and smile. For some reason that always makes me feel better. Will send blessings to you and yours.

((Genie)) there's nothing harder to go through when one of our children are sick or hurting. Wishing/praying and hoping that your daughter will be well soon!
