Killer Catalogues WIP

I have had a few catalogues decaying in the garden for a while.

Yesterdays sunshine dried them out nicely. sprayed them with some bleach this afternoon, dried quickly in the sun, covered with Gesso, then sprayed with colourwashes Quink, and walnut ink.
also some rolled up pages, covered in gesso and walnut ink.

Oooo - love them! My 8 year old and I just pulled ours out of the garden. His is nicely decayed, mine needs a little help. Looking forward to playing with them!

You've got some amazing textures there Genie, and I love the colours you have used on them. Can't wait to see what you do with them - it's bound to be beautiful.
